Erika walked this path with a quiet intention:
to prepare her heart for walking together in July.
For her, walking means slowing down.
Fresh air.
Nature.
A place where thoughts become lighter
and the heart grows wider.
From one personβs walk,
a path opens for many.
Step by step.
Heart to heart.

Anja walked a beautiful section
of the Way of St. Jamesnear Oettingen.
Along the way she discovered
a church tower,
a peaceful dove,
storks,
flowers,
and quiet places full of history.
Some paths offer more than footsteps.
They lead us to encounters,
to small signs of peace,
and to moments
that stay in our hearts.
Step by step.
Heart to heart.

Peace sometimes begins
with a shared path.
Erika and her companions
walked together
along the Way of St. James.
Through nature,
through song
and through quiet moments
of connection.
Every shared step
is a gentle reminder
that peace grows
where people walk together
with open hearts.

Margit took her Walk of Peace along
the Kieferer Energiewanderweg
near Kiefersfelden
in Bavaria, Germany.
Through forests,
along the GieΓenbachklamm
and surrounded
by the beauty of nature,
she walked for peace.
Her journey continued across the border at
Lake Hechtsee in Tyrol, Austria β
where walking turned
into swimming for peace.
Margit shared a simple
and beautiful thought with us:
βI carried you all with me in my heart.β
Peace can travel with us wherever we go β
in our steps, through the water,
through nature, and in the connection
we carry within us.

Step by step, I walk upwards, leaving everyday life behind. I become quieter and quieter, arriving more deeply within myself.
Peace and stillness within me. From the mind into the heart.
What have I released while walking?
What is ready to transform?
Renewal. Opening the heart.
I connect with everything.
My heart is calm and open.
May there be peace within me, within you, within all of us, everywhere.
Looking out over the city, I see so many people, so many stories.
I carry peace within me and bring it into my thoughts, my words, my relationships
and my actions.
In this way, I become a path
of peace for this world.

needs only a few words.
